Midweek Prayer with Holden Evening Prayer | 7 PM Wednesdays December 3, 10 & 17

​Holden Evening Prayer is a simple, reflective service that lasts 30-45 minutes and uses a traditional evening prayer format with updated inclusive language and beautiful music. The songs and prayers are particularly fit for the season of Advent as we prepare to celebrate the birth of Jesus and remember that we are a community called, equipped, and sent to support one another, care for creation, and work for justice for all people. You and your loved ones are invited to join us for calm and reflection during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.

Christmas Eve Lessons & Carols | 10 AM Sunday, December 24

Hear the story of the promise of the coming Messiah and seven short passages from both the Old and New Testaments. Each reading - followed by a related Christmas carol or hymn – reveals more and more about the coming of Christ to the waiting world. Bring your family and friends to hear the words and sing the songs as we eagerly await this greatest gift! 

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service | 6:30 PM Sunday, December 24

​A joyful service as we celebrate the coming of Jesus into the world and remember that Jesus is with us now and always. Our celebration begins with a half-hour of organ Christmas music, followed by worship with traditional liturgy and communion - all are welcome at the Lord’s table! After service, we will share fellowship and homemade Christmas cookies.
 
Weather permitting, we will light luminaria on the outdoor labyrinth where you are invited to come for prayer “under the stars” before or after service.
